Just like that, as I was wondering if Pierre Poillievre could make good on his word, non-mainstream media Rebel News' reporter Dakota Christensen reels in a quick interview with Pierre himself outside a local restaurant in Kitchener, Ontario yesterday morning. In the interview Pierre is adamant about the importance of maintaining freedom for Canadians and goes onto say:
Look back to see forward, I've been saying the same thing for my entire 17 year political career. In fact the other day a journalist looked up an essay that I wrote when I was 19 years old about what I would do if I was Prime Minister and I said the same thing as a teenager that I am saying now

We have seen with previous political candidates such as Erin O'Toole - a true blue Conservative - that once he became leader of the Conservative party, all promises were left behind and it turned out he was much more a Liberal than anything else. Failed to repeal the Liberal gun ban, failed to be rid of Carbon tax, instead began campaigning for it once he was in. So it's fair to say at this point, Canadians are allowed to be obscenely skeptical of a politician when it all sounds too good to be true.
Unfortunately, nobody can see what the future holds. We can only take educated guesses and although I am a big fan of Pierre, discernment is always crucial. I have to ask the same question now that everyone else is, can we trust Pierre Poilievre? Take a look at his Political Campaigning site below and let us know what you think!
